Katie and Jorge are two peas in a ridiculous pod.
Both of them have the amazing ability to warm up any room just by being in it, and Katie’s smile always brings a smile to my face too. Full disclosure: a LOT of my close friends were at this wedding, being crazy, and making it one of the most fun and epic weddings I’ve ever shot. After the wedding at Catholic University Chapel, everybody scooted over to Glen Echo for carousel rides, an uncountable amount of cookies, and dancing the night away. The evening was punctuated by beautiful speeches, me sneaking the lucky couple out for night portraits as often as possible, and all of the guests dance-fighting over rights to stand in front of the well-placed giant dancefloor fan, which undoubtedly averted a string of heatstroke-related injuries.
I cannot explain how happy I am to show off these beautiful people doing crazy things like getting married, so I’ll stop here and let the photos do the talking!
