It’s pretty cool to just waltz right through security at one of the most powerful buildings in the world. But that’s what you do when you roll with Michaela + Tommy. The Hill is their office!
We met at The Capitol, making our rounds through the halls of congress, and I peppered them with probably way too many questions about what it’s like to work in the House and Senate!
After spending some time there we hopped into my incredibly clean and spotless gorgeous car Lucille Two, and headed to Meridian Hill Park, where we dodged falling leaves, helped tourists with their instagram angles, got in the fountain!!!! (although it was dry), and made photo art. I was LOVING their outfits. Tommy with a cool blue jacket (it was pretty cold but they were troopers) (and it started to rain towards the end), and Michaela’s scarf and handbag added some color to their scene!
But what I was loving most of all was watching the two of them as we went, laughing + enjoying being in the moment, and their excitement for life together. I’m so beyond excited to be sharing their wedding day with them next year in Maryland!
